Part Seven:
The New Srategy
We are now seeking a patch for the major operating systems to not register changes on the computer's clock for this November's Daylight Saving Time (DST) change. That way no one's productivity is impaired. Three states and half of Americans don't observe or don't want to observe DST. These patches will give the consumer the right to choose.
